[ESCL] Armour's Torches

I'm hoping to continue hunting for torches and would like to clear out some of the torches that I have,so......

I would like to set an opening bid system as follows:

if the attribute number is less than 15 start with a key set (or 4H keys)

if the attribute number is 15 or more start with 2 key sets.

As I understand keysets are valued at about a pul and I will treat them as such (if runes are included in the bid).

As stated in the title this is east softcore ladder.

That being said my ISO is keys/key sets and runes pul+
