[escl] ISO pally dream shield or parts, FTL inside

hi all. i'm DISO a 3os targe or other pally shield with at least 30 res all. basically i am looking for a shield that offers a decent amount of base resistance, to build a dream in. i'm hoping to trade straight up for a 4os akaran targe that has 34 res all, but if not please see all the other stuff i have for trade and let me know how we could make it work.
