@Paercival: as indicated, I am 'new' to this and with your trade ranking, you should know what is fair trade and what is not. Can you make an offer, from what I have listed, for what you think is fair for your cold damage small charm? Thanks.|||I think it depends on why you're wanting it. If you're building a Frostmaiden, then small cold charms are worth something. Otherwise, they're pretty useless. Here's a good guide to charms: Kronos/corax - A guide to charms

As you can see, the value of these charms to a Frostmaiden isn't about the damage at all. It's that every cold charm adds one second to the effect of Freezing Arrow. So Frostmaidens want as many small cold charms as they can get. Damage comes from the arrow. Time comes from the small charms.

Problem is ... not many people collect these, so they're kind of hard to find for a Frostmaiden wannabe. The one difference is this:

What Paercival has is an ultra-rare Hibernal ... it's one of the rarest prefixes to find with an ilvl of 95. Only Hell Baal can drop that charm. I'm not sure it's gonna have much effect, but it's a uber-charm. My guess is pgems for the smalls and HRs for the Hibernal.
