[ScL] Iso: Ebugged 4 socket armor or ebuggable armor

I finally have the runes for CoH, but no armor to put it in. It's for my merc, so I want it to be etheral, and I want as much defense as possible, so I want an e-bugged armor.

I'd prefer the defense to be over 1000 for an ebugged armor, or 650-700 for an etheral elite armor without sockets. Weight or type or requirements don't matter, I only want as high defense as possible.

I'd give pretty much all I have for one (if it's already ebugged).
