[NL] ISO Trang Oul Pieces: Armor, Belt, and Shield

I am trying to put together Trang Oul's set on NL USEast. So far I have obtained the gloves and helmet, but I still require the body armor (Trang Oul's scales), the belt (Trang Oul's girth), and the shield (Trang Oul's wing).

I have collected some more pgems, and would like to offer 13 pgems for any piece listed above.

I also have an IK helmet to trade for any piece, if that is more to your liking.
